Overflow protection fitted
Overflow protection stops liquid being drawn from the flask into the pump, the most common way a filtration pump is destroyed.
A bench vacuum pump for labs running membrane filtration, suspended solids and microbiological tests. Being oil-free, it needs no oil changes and puts no oil mist into the room, which removes the usual maintenance and contamination worry of rotary vane pumps. At 99 mbar and 34 L/min with a built-in regulator, it is sized for routine filtration rather than deep vacuum work, and the 220 V / 50 Hz build matches Egyptian mains.

A vacuum regulator lets you set and hold the vacuum level the membrane needs instead of pulling full vacuum on every run.
Thermal protection shuts the motor down if it overheats during long filtration sessions and lets it resume once cooled.
Maximum power draw of 80 W at 0.4 A and a 52 dB noise level make it practical to run next to people on an open bench.
At 5.2 kg and 31 x 13.5 x 20.4 cm it can be carried to whichever bench or sink the filtration set-up is on.
