Hand-held bioaerosol sampling to ISO 14698 using standard 90 mm Petri dishes
The MicroBio MB2 is a hand-held bioaerosol sampler designed to meet the requirements of ISO 14698 and ISO 17141 for airborne micro-organism monitoring in clean rooms, pharmaceutical validation and healthcare. It draws 100 litres per minute onto standard 90 mm Petri dishes or, with the 220-hole head, 55 mm contact plates, so there is no proprietary sampling medium to buy. The MB2-HiFlow version samples at 180 litres per minute and cuts the time for a cubic metre of air from ten minutes to six.

Start delay from 1 minute to 3 hours and sequential sampling of up to 100 samples over as long as 24 hours.
2.7 kg with accessories, battery powered from 4 AA NiMH cells, with autoclavable sampling heads.
